The pre-application meeting is a service to guide you through the land development process in the City of Carrollton. Pre-application meetings have been developed to ensure that specific issues may be resolved through effective communication. These meetings are typically held at the design phase and can eliminate significant re-design of sites and/or buildings.
Pre-application meetings are scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays and held at City Hall. A preliminary site plan should be provided prior to scheduling the meeting. During the meeting, a cursory review of the site is discussed and feedback is given to all stakeholders present. To schedule a pre-application meeting, please complete the Pre-Development Meeting Request Form; then submit your form and attachments to the attention of Brad Duncan, Plans Examiner or via email at email@example.com or in person at City Hall.
