 DRAINAGE PROJECTS CONSULTANT SELECTION

 The Engineering Department has completed the review of the SOQ's of which 18 were submitted. Based on the results of the evaluations, 6 firms were chosen for the drainage projects effective July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2019. This selection does not guarantee that projects will be available for all firms during the effective dates.

The firms were ranked in the following order:

  • Nathan D Maier Consulting Engineers
  • Teague Nall and Perkins
  • Walter P. Moore
  • HDR
  • Kimley Horn
  • Pacheco Koch 

 

GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING AND TESTING SERVICES

The Engineering Department has completed the review of the SOQ's of which 12 were submitted. Based on the results of the evaluations, 2 firms were chosen for the Geotechnical Engineering and Testing Services effective through May 23, 2019.  This selection does not guarantee that projects will be available for both firms during the effective dates.

The following two firms were selected: 

  • Terracon Consultants, Inc.
  • Kleinfelder, Inc.

 

RESIDENTIAL STREET PROJECTS CONSULTANT SELECTION

The Engineering Department has completed the review of the SOQ's of which 24 were submitted.  Based on the results of the evaluations, 6 firms were chosen for the residential street projects effective July 18, 2016 through June 30, 2018.  This selection does not guarantee that projects will be available for all firms during the effective dates.

The firms were ranked in the following order:

  • Garver
  • Burgess & Niple
  • Binkley & Barfield/C&P
  • Walter P. Moore
  • Gresham, Smith & Partners
  • Pacheco Koch

 

 APPRAISAL SERVICES

The Engineering Department has completed the review of the SOQ's of which 5 were submitted. Based on the results of the evaluations, 3 firms were chosen for Real Estate Appraisals effective through March 27, 2017. This selection does not guarantee that projects will be available for all firms during the effective dates.

The following firms were selected:

• Paramount Valuation Services, Inc.
• Integra Realty Resources
• Steven J. Kunkle & Associates, Inc. 

 

 

 MISCELLANEOUS SURVEYING PROJECTS SELECTION

The Engineering Department has completed the review of the SOQ's of which 18 were submitted. Based on the results of the evaluations, 4 firms were chosen for the miscellaneous surveying projects effective July 31, 2014 through June 30, 2016. This selection does not guarantee that projects will be available for all firms during the effective dates.

The firms were ranked in the following order:

  • BW2
  • The Wallace Group
  • Nathan D Maier Consulting Engineers
  • Baseline Corporation    
        

 

WATER AND WASTEWATER FACILITY PROJECTS    

The Engineering Department has completed the review of the SOQ’s of which 8 were submitted for the elevated storage tank projects and 6 for the wasterwater facility projects.  Based on the results of the evaluations, Birkhoff, Hendricks & Carter was chosen for the elevated storage tank projects as well as for the wastewater lift station projects effective August 27, 2014 through June 30, 2016.

The firm selected: 

  • Birkhoff, Hendricks & Carter, LLP

 

 

TRANSPORTATION ENGINEERING DESIGN AND ON-CALL SERVICES

The Engineering Department has completed the review of the SOQ's of which 14 were submitted. Based on the results of the evaluations, 5 firms were chosen for the transportation engineering design and on-call services effective September 16, 2014 through December 31, 2016. This selection does not guarantee that projects will be available for all firms during the effective dates.

The firms were ranked in the following order:

  • Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc 
  •  Binkley & Barfield - C&P, Inc.
  • Lee Engineering, LLC
  • Savant Group, Inc.
  • TranSystems Corporation
