Stories and More for Children 0-6

Both Library locations offer stories in our Preschool Classes for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers from January - April and June - November.

Programs Offered

Mother Goose Time for Babies
WHAT: These classes are designed for pre-walkers and a parent or caregiver. The focus is to develop a love of language through rhymes, music, and movement.
AGE: Up to 15 months
WHERE: BOTH locations
Toddler Time
WHAT: Children and a parent or caregiver participate in early language learning through stories, songs, rhymes, and movement.
AGE: 1-3
WHERE: BOTH locations
Story Time
WHAT: Children develop early literacy skills through stories, songs, finer plays, action rhymes, and movement. Story times are designed to help children practice the skills needs to prepare for school.
AGE: 3-6
WHERE: BOTH locations
Evening Family Story Time
WHAT: Children and their families participate in stories, songs, finger plays, action rhymes, and movement.
AGE: 0-6
WHERE: Hebron & Josey only
Saturday Family Story Time
WHAT: Children and their families participate in stories, songs, finger plays, action rhymes, and movement.
AGE: 0-6
WHEN: Select Saturdays only
WHERE: BOTH locations
