Boxing is a fine sport, and it's also a great way to get in shape. Boxing is a full body workout from head to toe. If you want to get in shape, male or female, regardless of age, drop by the class for a super workout.
Health and Fitness Tips
What you have to do is simply cut back on those goodies you enjoy. I'm Italian so we will use pizza as an example. If you generally eat 3 slices cut it back to 1.5, you’re still getting the goody but without as many calories. That's the simple trick, cut back.
Also, if you want to lose weight, exercise. Take a walk every day, do some sit ups, do some push-ups. Do the aforementioned for a few weeks and you'll see results. Then and only then you can kick things up a notch. Feel free to contact me for advice and help.
