The City of Carrollton Civil Engineering Division is dedicated to providing the residents of Carrollton with a quality infrastructure. The Civil Engineering division is responsible for the design and construction of all City infrastructure, we also review, permit and inspect installation of utilities on City right of way. In addition, any resident inquires related to flood plain matters, utility issues and construction matters are handled by the division.
