PRE-APPLICATION MEETINGS

The Pre-application meeting is a service to guide you through the land development process in the City of Carrollton. Pre-application meetings have been developed to ensure that specific issues may be resolved through effective communication. These meetings are held at the design phase and can eliminate significant re-design of sites and/or buildings.

Pre-application meetings are scheduled on Tuesday and Thursday, both morning and afternoon. A preliminary site plan should be provided prior to scheduling the meeting. During the meeting, a cursory review of the site is discussed and feedback is given to all stakeholders present.
