PRE-CONSTRUCTION MEETING

Once the permit is issued, the Inspection Project Manager will schedule a Pre-Construction meeting.  These meetings are scheduled on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 8:30 a.m., and all issues related to the construction of the building will be discussed at the meeting.  The contractor will be requested to provide a construction schedule with milestones and an anticipated completion date.  A Pre-Construction Manual will be distributed at that meeting to provide a guide during construction to all building inspection services.    This includes guidelines for scheduling inspections using the IVR system, an automated phone scheduling system.
