PRE-C/O MEETING

A Pre-C/O meeting will be scheduled approximately one month prior to the anticipated project completion date.  During the Pre-C/O meeting, the inspection project manager will provide a list of outstanding items by which to gauge the status of the project in relation to the anticipated project completion date.  A Certificate of Occupancy Guide is available to provide further instructions when planning for the Certificate of Occupancy at the end of the project.
