On January 30, 2002, years of organizing, planning, renovation and new construction culminated in the rededication of Old City Hall as the Gravley Center, a comprehensive community service facility.  The facility, which was a $2.5 million project funded by the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program, currently houses two of Carrollton's largest social service partners: Metrocrest Social Services and Senior Adult Services.
