Neighborhood Enhancement Matching Grant Program

The Neighborhood Enhancement Matching Grant Program (NEMGP) is administered by the Community Development Office enabling organized neighborhoods to plan and implement projects in partnership with the city.

Begun in 1998, over $250,000 worth of improvements have been made to public property in the city of Carrollton as a direct result of NEMGP projects.  This includes over $70,000 in neighborhood organization funds, over $50,000 in donated materials, and the value of over 3,000 volunteer hours.
