The City of Carrollton Civil Engineering provides the residents of with quality infrastructure. The division is responsible for the design and construction of all city infrastructure; staff also reviews, permits and inspects installation of utilities on city right-of-way. Resident inquires related to flood plain matters, utility issues and construction matters are handled by the professional staff.
