LEGAL AD - NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING

A Public Hearing will be conducted by the City Council in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1945 E. Jackson Road, at 5:45 p.m., April 8, 2008 amending the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance and providing for penalties:

04-08MD1 Austin Waters Phase 1B (Annexation) – A proposed annexation of approximately 25.772 acres of land situated in the Samuel B. Evans Survey, Abstract No. 397, the David Andrews Survey, Abstract No. 18 and the S. Brown Survey, Abstract No. 111, Denton County, Texas.

 

LEGAL AD - NOTICE OF SECOND PUBLIC HEARING

A Public Hearing will be conducted by the City Council in the City Hall Council Chambers, 1945 E. Jackson Road, at 5:45 p.m., April 15, 2008 amending the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance and providing for penalties:

04-08MD1 Austin Waters Phase 1B (Annexation) – A proposed annexation of approximately 25.772 acres of land situated in the Samuel B. Evans Survey, Abstract No. 397, the David Andrews Survey, Abstract No. 18 and the S. Brown Survey, Abstract No. 111, Denton County, Texas.

ORDINANCE CAPTION

Ordinance of the City of Carrollton, Texas, annexing 25.772 acres of land, herein described to the City of Carrollton, Texas, and extending the boundary limits of said city so as to include the hereinafter described property within said city limits, and granding to all inhabitants and owners of said property all the rights and privileges of other citizens and binding said inhabitants by all the acts, ordinance, resolutiona and regulations of the City; providing a severability clause and an effective date on and after adoption and publication.
