The award winning Marketing Services team strategically and effectively markets the City of Carrollton as an intriguing and attractive place to live, work, and play. The department facilitates the communication of the latest news and events through multiple avenues, including: social media, the City of Carrollton website, Leisure Connections, On the Horizon, streetscape lightpole banners, conventional media (newspapers, radio, local television, local access cable television programming), print and digital advertising venues, and more. In addition, the Marketing Services team is responsible for weekly press releases, crisis communication, policy response, interview coordination, and media training.
