The city operates under a decentralized system. This means that city departments are responsible for buying their own commodities and services under $25,000.  However, all purchases are ran through Purchasing to ensure compliance with state law. 

The city does not maintain a vendor database as of July 1, 2003.  The city utilizes the services listed below.  Please register with one of these agencies or monitor this website for upcoming bids. 

Additional Services

In an effort to increase competitiveness in the bid and quote process, the city contracts with various cooperative agencies to assist with sealed bids, RFPs and quotes.  Registration with these agencies is not required, however, it may be beneficial to your business due to the frequency used by Carrollton and other local entities.
