Finance Administration provides managerial, analytical and administrative support to all departments and is responsible for the management and direction of Finance, which includes Accounting/Budget, General Services, Internal Audit, Municipal Court, Purchasing, Risk Management, Tax, Treasury and Utility Customer Service. Finance Administration also includes the Treasury functions of cash management/investments, debt issuance, financial policy, revenue forecasting, banking and other special financial projects.
