Mayor Pro Tem Williams has resided in Carrollton for 22 years. He holds a Bachelor's of Arts in Religion & Theology from Southern Nazarene University. He currently is the Executive Director of Facility Services for the Lewisville Independent School District. He and his wife have 2 daughters and 3 grandchildren.
