As city government's in-house marketing/advertising agency, the marketing team provides strategic communications as a management function for the areas of governance/administration, development services, leisure services and public safety.  The focus is on priority city government issues and programs that have a broad customer base, that meet essential city business criteria, and that support the city’s short and long-range goals.

Staff manages media relations and signature community events, coordinates key city communications and community public relations, and develops corporate and community branding (image building).  Services also include departmental consultations, production and distribution for key city communications and speakers bureau.
