fields at Josey Ranch Sports Complex this year due to renovations
that are underway at Rosemeade and Thomas pools.
Tickets will be sold at
Rosemeade Recreation Center only. Proof or residency is

with your darling princess. It's a lively dance party with a photo
opportunity, cookies and punch, make-and-take crafts, Valentine's
Day games and prizes. Registration is $20 per daddy daughter couple ($5 per additional princess) or $25 per couple and $5 per additional daughter at the door. Sorry, no moms allowed. Named in memory of Kacie
Brekhus, a 2003 graduate of R.L. Turner High School, proceeds of the
2007 "Kacie's Run" will support over 150 Carrollton-Farmers Branch
ISD Special Olympics athletes. The event is hosted by R.L. Turner
High School, the Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD Educational
Foundation and the city of Carrollton. The Brekhus Family is the Title Sponsor of Kacie's Run. Community Spring Cleaning Garage Sale

Shoppers and sellers are
invited to participate in this indoor community garage sale.
Carrollton residents can rent 10'X10' spaces for $20 to sell items.
One table and two chairs are provided for each booth. Non-residents
can reserve a booth starting April 16. Only one booth per
person/family. Call 972-466-9810 for information or to reserve a space. Spaces are limited and proof of residency is required. All items must be in good taste and suitable for family viewing. The city reserves the right to screen and reject items for sale. Items being sold cannot promote personal businesses. No solicitation is allowed during the sale. |

It's a Carrollton Mother's
Day tradition on the grounds of the A.W. Perry Homestead Museum and
Pearl Perry Gravley Park! Bring your picnic basket, blankets or lawn
chairs and relax while listening to the musicians performing on the
front porch of the 1909 home. Free ice cream and lemonade will be
provided. Children can make an old-fashioned handmade gift for mom. Proud of your picnic? Enter the PICNIC CONTEST. Create a theme for your picnic and enter the second annual Mother's Day Picnic Contest in one of three categories, Best Family, Most Elegant, or Most Creative.
