Welcome to Online Registration!

Carrollton Parks and Recreation is pleased to introduce WebTrac Online Registration. This system enables you to register online for programs and activities. If you have questions please call us at 972-466-3080 or email us.

What You Need to Know First

All households who have registered with us in the past year will be mailed a letter with username and password. If you have not registered with us previously or did not receive a letter please visit one of our facilities, Rosemeade Recreation Center, 1330 Rosemeade Parkway, or Crosby Community Center, 1610 E. Crosby Road, to be assigned a username and password. Proof of residency is required to receive resident rates for registration. You must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid credit card to process registration online.

Step 1 - First time login

The first time you login enter your username and password, no spaces or dashes. Your username and password are your household ID number.

To find your household ID number, look at your current activity pass or customer receipt.

The household ID number is a one- to five-digit number, excluding the last two digits and any zeros which precede the whole number. Don't use dashes or spaces.

On your customer receipt. the household ID number appears in the upper left hand corner just under the Receipt # and Payment Due Date information.

Click the SIGN IN button.
 


 

The first time you login to the system you will be prompted to enter your email address if it is not already in the system.  Then you will be prompted to change your password. On this screen you can change your user name and password. You can also set security questions that will be asked if you forget your password. Enter the information and click the SUBMIT button. This information can be edited later under the My Account link on the main page.
 

Immediately go to MY ACCOUNT (on the left side of the screen) and then CHANGE FAMILY MEMBER DATA to update your household information.  Updating household information for each family member will help make your registration process much easier.

Update name, gender, and birth date for each household member.

Step 2 - Shopping for Classes

Once you have logged in to the system, you are ready to begin shopping for classes. Begin by clicking the SHOP link then click ACTIVITY ENROLLMENT.

If you know the activity registration number you wish to register for, enter it in the box along with the section information (for example, 330000-01 is Adult Ballet for the winter). Once you have selected the class you wish to enroll, select the appropriate family member to enroll in the class.
 


 

If you are not sure of the registration number, you may search for classes by Activity Type (Arts & Crafts, Dance, Tennis, etc.) by clicking the ACTIVITY TYPE link.
 


 


 

 

The system will also search for classes by age, gender, start and end date, time of day, day of week, or keyword. Click the SEARCH button on the left and select ADVANCED SEARCH to enter the search criteria.
 


 

Once you have found the class, click the class number link and select the appropriate family member to enroll in the class.

Please help us track our marketing efforts by entering how you heard about the class.

Click the ADD TO CART link to add the class to your shopping cart.

After clicking the ADD TO CART link, a Waiver will appear. Read through the information carefully and click the appropriate button at the bottom of the page. By clicking the "Yes, I agree" button, the registration process will complete. If you click the "No, I do not Agree" button, the class will not be added to your shopping cart.
 

 

 


 

If you clicked on "Yes, I agree" a message will appear stating you have been added in the class. You will also be asked if you would to enroll in other classes. You may continue registering for classes following the same information above.
 


 

Step 3 - Checkout

You must proceed to checkout to complete the transaction or you will not be registered for the class. You may either click the CHECKOUT link or if you are viewing your Shopping Cart, click the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT link.

The Shopping Cart will display all the classes you selected. If you are satisfied, click the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT link.

Enter your 16-digit credit card number with no spaces or dashes, and then enter your 4-digit expiration date (i.e. 0507 for May 2007).

Review your billing information and click on the GO button to begin the payment authorization process. Please be patient! Clicking the GO button more than once may result in multiple charges to your card.
 


 

Once the payment is authorized, your receipt will appear in your browser. You can print (printer icon) and/or save (disk icon) your receipt for your records.

Once you have closed the receipt, your transaction is complete. At this point, you may select from three options: BACK TO OUR HOMEPAGE, MORE SHOPPING, or FINISHED.

To print receipts from the WebTrac system you need to have Adobe Reader installed on your computer. You can download the program for free here.

Step 4 - My Account Information

Go to My Account to view account history, print old receipts, change user name and password or household data, etc.
