The Victim Assistance Youth and Family Services Programs of the Carrollton Police Department provide services to the citizens of the City of Carrollton and anyone who was victimized within the City of Carrollton. The Victim Assistance Program provides outreach, advocacy, information and referral for family violence victims, child abuse victims and other victims of violent crimes, such as sexual assaults, aggravated assaults, and homicides. The Youth & Family Services Program provides outreach and casework services to parents of runaways and juvenile offenders.
