Failure to maintain landscaping and buffering on commercial property will lead to code enforcement actions taking place to bring the property into compliance with Article XXV.

It
is the intent of Article XXV of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance to establish
minimum requirements for the installation and maintenance of landscaping and
buffering elements and other means of site improvement on developed commercial
property to enhance the community's ecological, environmental, and aesthetic
qualities, while at the same time allowing for design flexibility.
