Basketball Goals

Title 7, Chapter 71.031

No person to any extent, entirely or in part, obstruct or encumber any portion of any street, alley, sidewalk or right-of-way in the city with anything whatsoever in any manner whatsoever, including by way of exampled, but not limited to the following: vegetation, poles, posts, lumber, boxes or fences.

*Basketball goals overhanging the street or alleyway or placed to obstruct the sidewalk  are prohibited in those place locations by this section of the Carrollton Code of Ordinances.
