Neighborhood Integrity Program The goal of the Neighborhood Integrity Program is to create and maintain a quality living environment in the City by taking an active role through code enforcement. Safe, healthy, attractive and clean surroundings are a part of what makes Carrollton a great community to live, raise a family, work and retire in. In order to maintain our residential neighborhoods and our commercial districts, code enforcement officers from the Environmental Services Department perform regular inspections of the different neighborhoods and districts and respond to complaints that are received in our office. Any violations that are found are addressed at that time and a reasonable amount is given to the resident or property owner to abate any and all violation(s) that were found to exist on their property. It is the goal of code enforcement to gain compliance and insure that the property is properly maintained in the future. Should you have further questions regarding a code enforcement issue you may call us at (972) 466-3060 or email your questions to us. If you have observed and wish to report a violation of city codes please click here to make a report to us. Your report is kept confidential. The Neighborhood Integrity Program can also provide an informational booklet to you regarding the program and how code enforcement can work in your neighborhood. Please email us your name and address so that we can deliver the informational booklet to you.
