Carrollton Welcomes Local Restaurants for Roundtable Discussion
In an ongoing effort to support local businesses, the City of Carrollton invites representatives from area restaurants and food establishments to a free Restaurant Roundtable on Thursday, November 29 at 3 p.m. at the Courtyard by Marriott Dallas Carrollton and Carrollton Conference Center (1201 Raiford Road).
Information sessions will include presentations on Carrollton’s inspection and permitting process, health codes and standards, and the five most common concerns from restaurant owners. But most importantly, this roundtable will give restauranteurs the opportunity to connect with City resources for any issue their businesses may be facing.
Additionally, the Carrollton Economic Development Department will outline ways local eateries can tap into and utilize municipal information such as labor analysis, demographics research, and meaningful connections with other local businesses.
Carrollton Mayor Kevin Falconer will address the room as well. Light refreshments will be served as business owners learn about Carrollton’s Small Business Program and set the foundation for successful municipal partnerships.
The event is free, but seating is limited, so RSVP to Jenny Mizutowicz at 972-466-5741 or Jenny.Mizutowicz@cityofcarrollton.com.
