UPDATE - City of Carrollton Pool Opening Postponed to Mid-June

Amenities scheduled as part of the upgrade include a newly built restroom, concession, and office building, as well as a shaded toddler splash pool, zero-depth entry activity pool, four-foot pool with seating wall, a diving well, and more! Due to weather and construction delays, the pool opening will be postponed to mid-June. The City of Carrollton Rosemeade Rainforest Aquatic Complex (1334 E. Rosemeade Parkway) opening, including swim lesson registration and private party rental opportunities, has been postponed for weather-related construction delays.
Voters approved improvements as part of the 2018 bond election including a brand new restroom, concession, and office building, a toddler splash pool with shade, a zero-depth entry main pool with water features, a four-foot activity area in the main pool with a seating well, a makeover to the diving well, and more.
The Rainforest section also features two platform levels with bridge, water cannons, bubblers, spray bars, water slides, a 200 foot lazy river, and a 600 gallon dump bucket. The Main Pool section consists of a zero-depth entry activity pool with a depth of 4 feet, a 25 meter lap pool with eight lanes, a diving well, and two 22-foot-tall water slides.
The facility also includes a bathhouse, deck space, picnic tables, lounge chairs, shaded areas, plenty of parking, and starting this summer, the Rosemeade Rainforest will have new hours of operation:
Swim lessons are offered from the American Red Cross June through August, at the Rosemeade Rainforest Aquatic Complex. Instructors are trained to make learning fun in a safe environment while providing a balanced program that teaches swimming skills and water safety to everyone from infancy to adulthood.
