Contribute to the City of Carrollton’s Website Redesign through Citizen Feedback Survey

Website SurveyThe City of Carrollton is planning a website redesign and has made available a survey opportunity through Friday, July 31 in order to obtain feedback from residents, visitors, and businesses about the current City website’s functionality. 

The survey results will enable the City to make decisions in the website redesign process that improve user experience, with the interests of Carrollton citizens top-of-mind. All community members and visitors are encouraged to make their voices heard and play a part in the development of a website that best serves all who utilize the City’s many digital services.

“Carrollton is where connections happen and the City website plays an integral role in connecting those who live, work, and play in Carrollton with the resources that they need and want,” Marketing Director Kelli Lewis said. “This survey will help gauge the usability, style, and content of the City’s website and is one of the ways residents can help the City continue to progress toward its vision of being the community that families and businesses want to call home.”

Carrollton’s website serves as a hub for City news and information, online payments, Library information resources and book holds, animal adoptions, Parks & Recreation program registration, Economic Development resources for businesses, permit applications, and much more.
