City Recruiting for Public Service Positions at Top-Tier Organization

 Carrollton puts the well-being of its employees at the forefront; therefore, staff and their family members on the City’s insurance plan have access to the free Employee Health and Wellness Center. Along with prioritizing health, Carrollton has worked to ensure employees’ safety during the COVID-19 pandemic by allowing temporary work from home options. In addition to telecommuting, City management placed a heavy emphasis on employee safety from the onset of the pandemic by providing valuable PPE, sanitizing stations, and other on-site infrastructure modifications.

 The pandemic has brought on many challenges, according to Dean, and employees have responded with flexibility and a focus on maintaining high levels of service for all residents, motorists, businesses, and visitors.
