Please provide Envelope, Interior Lighting, Exterior Lighting, and/or Mechanical COMchecks as appropriate for the project scope at the time of permit application. COMchecks cannot be a mixture of IECC and ASHRAE 90.1; one compliance path must be used for all COMchecks.

Please provide a completed Commissioning Compliance Checklist as appropriate for the project scope prior to a building/energy final inspection.

Note: 2021 IECC or ASHRAE 90.1-2019 COMchecks will continue to be accepted until the Department of Energy publishes 2024 IECC / ASHRAE 90.1-2022 COMcheck software.

This will provide residential builders with yet another code compliance option path that will result in energy efficient homes as builders work toward satisfying ever increasing energy code requirements.
