Who Can Be Nominated?

Eligible nominees include neighborhood associations, nonprofits, PTAs, places of worship, youth groups, or any other self-organized group with at least three members and a clear mission.

Selection Guidelines

• Must consist of three or more members with defined goals and strategies.
• Judged on volunteer commitment, accomplishments, and community impact as outlined in the nomination form.
• Service must take place in Carrollton or directly benefit Carrollton residents.
• Recipients are selected by the Community Development Commission based on the selection criteria.
• Awards are based on merit, regardless of race, religion, gender, origin, or ability.
