Enhance Neighborhood Identity With Sign Toppers

The City of Carrollton offers matching grants to help neighborhoods install decorative sign toppers that reflect their unique character.


Grant Overview

  • Purpose: Provide financial assistance for neighborhoods to install decorative sign toppers.
  • Eligibility: Registered Homeowner Associations (HOAs) or Neighborhood Associations within Carrollton.
  • Funding: Matching grants available; specific amounts and matching ratios detailed in the program guide.
  • Application Deadline: Applications accepted on an ongoing basis.

 

How to Apply

Register Your Neighborhood: Ensure your HOA or Neighborhood Association is registered with the City's Community Development Division. To learn more and apply, visit the Neighborhood Association Registration page.


Submit Application: Complete the streamlined grant application and submit it to the Community Development.


Approval Process: Applications reviewed by Community Development Staff and the Development Review Committee (DRC). Final approval by the Neighborhood Advisory Commission (NAC).
