City of Carrollton Transportation Engineering Division is comprised of dedicated employees who work to move traffic safely and efficiently within the City. The division is responsible for the location and design of traffic signals, school zones, arterial street lights, traffic signs and markings.

Three major highways travel through the City of Carrollton: President George Bush Turnpike, Interstate Highway 35E and State Highway 121. These roadways combine with arterial and collector streets to form a network of roadways which allow citizens to travel to destinations as quickly and efficiently as possible.

In cooperation with Oncor, citizens can report street light outages directly to Oncor here:

Be the City's eyes and ears; we value your input. Drivers are often the first to see problems on our roadways. If a problem exists, please call (972)-466-3050.
