A health permit is required for all public and semi-public pools. Permits are issued once the application, inspection, fee, and proof of a 16-hour Pool Operator Certification (CPO, AFO, or LAFT) have been submitted and approved.

Annual Permit
Permits expire every year on March 31.

Fees

• First Pool: $100
• Additional Pool: $50
• Spa: $50
• Interactive Water Feature & Fountain (IWFF): $150
• Additional IWFF: $100
