AGENDA

I. Approve Minutes Of Meeting For The July 7, 2025, District 35E City Council Committee.

II. Discuss Request For Proposal For The City-Owned Property At The Southwest Corner of President George Bush Turnpike and IH-35E (Former NTTA Site) – District 35E and Interview RFP Respondent Alpine X. 

III. District 35E City Council Committee will convene in Executive Session pursuant to Texas Government Code:
• Section 551.072 to discuss certain matters regarding real property.
• Section 551.087 to discuss Economic Development.

IV. Council will reconvene in open session to consider action, if any, on matters discussed in the Executive Session.

V. Other Business. 

Pursuant to State Open Meetings Law, the Committee is restricted in discussing or taking action on items not posted on the Agenda.
