Carrollton Public Library migrated to new library software on March 31, 2025.
Cards from Old System
- Existing PIN/passwords from the old system could NOT be migrated because they were encrypted.
- Cards in the old system as of March 28 had a PIN/password created using the last four digits of the phone number in your account.
- You can change this after signing in by going to Reset PIN/Password in Account Settings.
- You will prompted to sign in first after following the Reset PIN/Password link above if not already signed in to your account, then the reset form will load.
New Cards
- If you applied online, then you created a PIN/Password when you registered.
- If you applied in person, then you do not have a PIN/Password yet. Create one using this Reset or Create My PIN/Password form.
Pin/Password Requirements
- Minimum of 4 characters
- Maximum of 100 characters
- May contain numbers or letters
Forgot Your PIN/Password?
- Use this Reset or Create My PIN/Password form if you are unable to sign in with what you think is your PIN/Password.
- You must have an email associated with your account to reset your PIN/Password using that form.
