  • Free card
• ADULT Texas residents of communities immediately surrounding Carrollton
  • $40 annual fee charged unless you qualify as an exception to the Non-Resident fee*, currently Farmers Branch residents

*Non-Carrollton residents who work at schools with a Carrollton address qualify for a free card, but must apply in person to show their school staff ID to get their free card.  See the School Staff Card page for the list of eligible schools.

Other ADULT Texas residents may apply in person at either Library location for a Paid Non-Resident Card.
