** UPDATE - As cases of COVID-19 continue to spread in the DFW area, the City is taking additional steps to slow the spread of the disease. This includes the closure of all City playgrounds, dog parks, basketball courts, and tennis courts to the public, effective Tuesday, March 24. As our residents, visitors, and patrons, your health and well-being are our top priorities. Out of an abundance of caution, the City of Carrollton has temporarily CLOSED public access to Crosby and Rosemeade Recreation Centers, and the Carrollton Senior Center.

Park Hours and Rules
Park hours are 5:00 am to 10:30 pm daily unless otherwise posted.
- Unauthorized vehicles are prohibited on park property.
- Possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited.
- Fireworks of any kind are not permitted.
- Golfing is not allowed on park property.
- Dogs must be kept on leash at all times. Remember to pick up after your pet during walks.
