Grab your stockings and your Santa hats for a fun and festive event. This year we will have activities designed with your safety in mind.

Santa on the Square will be downsized this year in order to promote social distancing. The following aspects have been modified:

Mobile Scavenger Hunt and Ugly Sweater contest all week long

Travel through Downtown Carrollton as you look for holiday items to complete a mobile scavenger hunt! The hunt will be open 11/28 at 4pm-12/5 at 4pm. Click the Scavenger Hunt tab for more information.

Show off your best ugly sweater by submitting a photo here 11/28-12/4. Your photo will be voted on at our @historicdowntowncarrollton Facebook page on December 5th for a chance to win a weekend night stay at the Dallas Carrollton Courtyard. A winner will be announced that evening.

Zoom web call visits with Santa

Santa has agreed to receive a special webcam visit via Zoom from boys and girls in Carrollton and surrounding cities on Saturday, December 5. Register below for a five-minute time slot between 10:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. to virtually visit with Santa Claus, himself, from the comfort of your own home. Participants must have their own computer webcam setup and have downloaded the Zoom app.
