How do I reserve a facility?
Most sites are available by reservation only and require an hourly rental fee and security deposit. Some sites require advance reservation but use is free while most outdoor pavilions and some study rooms are available on a "first-come" basis with no advance reservations accepted and no rental fees charged. Security deposits, rental rates, optional fees and amenities such as tables and chairs vary. Please call the facility you wish to rent for additional information. Deposits and applicable fees are due when reservation is made.
Is alcohol allowed at a rental?
Alcoholic beverages may be served and consumed during rentals and special events ONLY at the Downtown Gazebo, Carrollton Senior Center, Crosby Recreation Center and the A.W. Perry Homestead Museum, upon compliance with the terms and receipt of approval of a facility rental application to serve alcohol.
Is smoking allowed?
No. Smoking is not allowed at any city facility.
