Alcohol Guidelines

Crosby Recreation Center rentals have the option to include alcohol. A separate alcohol application and deposit is required. At management's discretion, some rentals may require an off-duty police officer to be present at Police Department staffing rates. Deposits and applicable fees are due when reservation is made.

*Rental fees listed on the website do not include the after-hours staffing fee. The staffing fee is shown separately under each facility.

Broadway Room

Broadway Room (768 square feet) 32' X 24'

Features luxury vinyl flooring with a wall of mirrors with a dance bar, and a wall of windows that provide natural light and a view of the outdoors. Perfect for smaller parties such as baby and wedding showers, as well as functional space for business meetings (includes built in screen and projector for an additional fee).

Pioneer Room

Pioneer Room (768 square feet) 32' X 24'

Pioneer Room is a great room for small gathering with access to an outside patio with plenty room for children to run and play. The room comes with newly added A/V capabilities that include a 65’’ T.V.

Trinity Room

Trinity Room (3,136 square feet) 56' X 56'

The Trinity room features luxury vinyl flooring and high ceiling. This room is a wonderful place to have a wedding reception, banquet, family reunion, dance party, and large business meetings. There is an adjoining kitchen, built in projector and screen, all available for an additional fee.

Gym

The gym has a multi-purpose floor, full court basketball, full court volleyball, as well as marked basketball and volleyball courts on each half of the gym. A central room divider can be lowered to separate the space to ensure privacy. There are six basketball goals. The back half of the gym can be rented during business hours. The full gym can be rented after business hours. The gym is a perfect place for team practices.
