Rentals at the Senior Center are after hours only and require an additional fee for staffing.

*The Carrollton Senior Center rentals have the option to include alcohol. A separate alcohol application and deposit is required. At management's discretion, some rentals may require an off-duty police officer to be present at Police Department staffing rates. Deposits and applicable fees are due when reservation is made.

PLEASE NOTE: Rental fees listed on the website do not include the after-hours staffing fee. The staffing fee is shown separately under each facility.

Tumbleweed Room

Texas Room A

Texas Room A (2310 square feet) 77' x 30'

The small side of the Texas room features the same amenities, without the stage of the larger Texas room. A room divider will close off the bigger area to provide a more intimate setting. This room is great for a dinner party, birthday party or small reception. Come celebrate in Texas room A!

Texas room B is the larger side of the Texas room after the room divider is closed. It has the exact same amenities as the Texas room just a bit smaller. What a great place to spend a special event with friends and family. There is still plenty of room for dancing, so put on your dancing shoes and dance the night away in Texas Room B.

Texas Room

Texas Room (7,315 square feet) 77' x 95'

The Texas room features a beautiful wood floor with two walls of windows for natural light and a beautiful view of the pier and lake. A stage in the room makes the perfect place for a DJ or band. This room is a beautiful place for a wedding reception, dance, family reunion, or large group meeting. There is direct access to the outside patio area for a breath of fresh air.
