In June 2025, the City issued a request for proposals (RFP) for management services for Oak Creek Tennis Center with a detailed scope of services. This was required under state purchasing law, which mandates competitive and transparent procedures for professional services contracts.

On November 18, Carrollton City Council approved Impact Activities as the new operator for Oak Creek Tennis Center, effective January 1, 2026. Oak Creek will remain a City-owned public facility, and the City will continue to oversee all policies, pricing, and service expectations.
