Guidelines for bounce houses, tents, etc., in City parks
A $100 deposit is required to use bounce houses, tents and various other equipment in City parks. Please visit Rosemeade or Crosby Recreation Center to complete an application and pay your deposit with credit card, cash or check. The deposit is refundable if there is no damage to the site. The rental company must provide their own source of electricity (generator). A copy of the rental company's liability insurance should be submitted with the deposit. Vehicles are not allowed to drive on our parks. The bounce house and other equipment must be transported to the preferred location by a dolly or some means other than a motorized vehicle.

There are also special agreements with Oklahoma and Louisiana. Oklahoma residents over 64 and Louisiana residents over 65 with a valid fishing license are not required to have a Texas license.
