Tor Hill Park - Phase 2

Tor Hill Park - Phase 2 will be the development of a brand new park. The park will be approximately 3 acres and will include a playground, pavilion, walking trail, and open space. Phase 1 was completed in July 2025 which included the construction of a 130-space parking lot.

Josey Ranch East - Restroom Replacement

Josey Ranch East Restroom will be demoed and replaced with a pre-fabricated restroom building that is fully accessible and will accommodate the adaptive programs that use the adjacent field.
