Community favorite Carrollton Trails 5K has a new supersized PAW-SOME name, the Carrollton Tails & Trails 5K. This future fan favorite includes gorgeous trails, music, awards ceremony, furry friends, and a good cause supporting Carrollton Animal Services & Adoption Center

Registration open until Race Day***

Individual 5K or Fun Run/Walk: $30/$38
Group: $115/$144*

*Maximum of six people per group.

**Processing Fee will be added at checkout

***Registration by 6/1 guarantees a race packet and t-shirt. Bibs with timing chips only for 5K, Fun Run is not timed.

Rain or shine event
Dogs do not have to be registered to participate.
Any changes made after Monday, June 1 will incur a $5 change fee.

Participants will be running on the Green Trail.

What is the Race Day schedule?

Race Day Registration: 7am

Warm-Up: 7:45am

5K: 8am

Fun Run/Walk: 8:30am

Awards Ceremony: 9:30am

When and where is packet pick up?

June 4, 2026 and June 5, 202 8am-8pm at Rosemeade Recreation Center, 1330 E Rosemeade Parkway, Carrollton, 75007

What are the award categories?

Awards will be given for overall male and female runners, and medals will be awarded to the top three finishers in each age category of the 5K competitive run (10 & under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & over).
