Staff will give a brief presentation on each of the items on the consent agenda. No public testimony will be allowed during the briefing.

CONSENT AGENDA:

1.  MINUTES: Approval of the May 7, 2026 meeting minutes.

2.  Consider And Take Final Action On A Final Plat For Grocer Carrollton Addition For An Approximately 17.15-Acre Tract Located On The Northeast Corner Of Parker Road And Josey Lane. Case No. PLFP 2026-075 Grocer Carrollton Addition, Block A, Lots 1 & 2. Case Manager: Loren Shapiro.

3. Consider And Take Final Action On A Replat For Woodlake School Addition Number 2, Block 1, Lot 1, For An Approximately 10.878-Acre Tract Located At 2915 Scott Mill Road To Dedicate Easements And Re-Establish A Lot Of Record. Case No. PLFP 2026-082 June Thompson Elementary School Addition, Block 1, Lot 1. Case Coordinator: Shad Rhoten.

4.  Consider And Take Final Action On A Replat Of Corinthians Addition, An Approximately 11.456-Acre Tract Located At 3500 Old Denton Road, To Abandon And Dedicate Easements. Case No. PLRP 2026-072 Corinthians Addition, Block 1, Lot 1R. Case Coordinator: Michael McCauley.

5.  Consider And Take Final Action On A Replat For Carrollton Industrial Park, Phase 2, Block A, Lot 6R And A Portion Of Unplatted Property Situated In The John Nix Survey For An Approximately 12.167-Acre Tract Located At 1015 Hutton Drive And 1413 Dunn Drive To Create A Lot Of Record And Dedicate Easements. PUBLIC HEARING

6.   Hold A Public Hearing To Consider An Ordinance Amending The Zoning To Amend, Restate, And Replace Special Use Permit 18 (SUP-18) To Allow “Tattoo Parlor, Piercing, And / Or Permanent Makeup Service” And To Remove “Day Care Center”, As An Allowed Use,  In An Approximately 152 Square-Foot Space Zoned (LR-2) Local Retail District And Located At 2515 North Josey Lane; Amending The Official Zoning Map Accordingly. Case No. PLSUP 2026-076 Permanent Makeup. Case Coordinator: Michael McCauley.

7.   Hold A Public Hearing To Consider An Ordinance Amending The Zoning To Amend, Restate, And Replace Special Use Permit 263 To Amend Conceptual Plans And Development Regulations On An Approximately 4.02-Acres Tract Zoned (SF-7/14) Single Family Residential District With Special Use Permit (SUP-263) And Located At 2040 North Denton Drive And At The Southeast Corner Of North Denton Drive And Jeanette Way; Amending The Official Zoning Map Accordingly.
