The Carrollton Police Department seeks to maintain public confidence in the ability of the department to investigate and properly adjudicate complaints against its members.

A citizen who wishes to make a complaint against a member of the department should contact the department by phone at 972-466-3290 or in person at 2025 E. Jackson Rd. An after hours concern may be routed through police dispatch at 972-466-3333 for the on duty supervisor.

Except in extenuating circumstances, a complaint is normally not accepted more than ninety (90) days after an incident occurs.
