Risk Management coordinates city insurance coverage (Property, General Liability, Auto Liability, Worker’s Compensation, Crime, Public Officials and Law Enforcement Liability); protects the city's financial, property, and personnel assets from the possibility of accidental loss, injury, and/or catastrophic destruction; manages employee safety training; recommending risk management policy matters; investigates and manages claims; and manages and reengineers potential risks for a better and safer environment.
