The City of Carrollton has entered into a new solid waste contract that retains Republic Services as the City’s residential solid waste and recycling provider. Approved at the City Council meeting on Tuesday, August 19, the new contract went into effect on Wednesday, October 1.

Missed Collection?

Note: Sometimes trash, recycling, or brush/bulk can't be collected because containers were blocked, were set out incorrectly, or, in the case of recycling, contaminated with non-recyclables.

Before filling out the missed collection form be sure to check Service Guidelines to make sure your waste, recycling, and/or brush/bulk was set out correctly:
