Why was my bin and/or bulk trash not picked up?
Did you receive a Notice of Non-Collection tag? A Notice of Non-Collection tag may be left when items cannot be collected or are difficult to service. The sections below explain what happened, and alternative disposal options for your situation.
Alternative Service Options
Landfill self-serviceLandfill self service is available for Carrollton residential customers only (not commercial) for a fee.
Materials must be delivered in a personal vehicle. Commercial trucks and trailers are not permitted to dump.

Off-cycle pick up
Schedule an extra pickup without waiting for the next service day.
Call 972-466-4950. Waste must meet collection guidelines before pickup. Additional fees apply.
Extra roll cart
- An additional blue recycling cart is available at no cost.
- An additional green trash cart is available for a fee.
Carts must be kept for a minimum of six months after delivery.
