Review These Important Guidelines Before Submitting Your Request:

• Plan Ahead
  
  Requests must be submitted at least 10 business days before the event to allow for scheduling and preparation. A staff member will notify you once your request is approved. Availability is not guaranteed.
  
  
• Local Connection Required
  
  All requests should have a specific local connection with the City of Carrollton unless the request involves a special significance to the City, region, or state, as determined by the Mayor.
  
  
• Final Approval
  
  All requests are subject to final approval by the Mayor. The City of Carrollton reserves the right to
  
  
  
  • Edit requests to align with the City’s vision, mission, and goals.
    
    
  • Decline any request.
